Kindly Note ::-> Nanda Yog Ashram is the place where you will find peaceful environment & natural beauty. We avoid TV in rooms, intercom faclities, driver stay etc. Please do not except star faclities or luxury meals at our place. We are simple living and simple thinking people who will take care of you stay as best as we can do. You will be full filled with calm quite cool atmoshpere and healthy organic foods from our own products farm. Perfect place for meditation, yoga, off beat trail stay, homestay, for doing research, culture visit, village tours stay, Adenture lovers, Backpipers choice, Bikers Stay, Cafe Corner and Local Food Product.
Kindly Note ::--> We do not have any TV or intercom facility in rooms. No Wi Fi Connectio, No room sercices, No Intercom. The temperature is -5 to -7 degree centigrade during nigh in January to February kindly prepare yourself accordingly. Water ger freezed, we provide water with bucket in such causes. Winer due to low power sometime hot running water does not work so we provide hot water with bucket that take time so keep patience.
ALSO WE DO NOT ALLOW DRIVER STAY OR ANY MEALS FOR DRIVER- DRIVER CAN DROP HIS PASSENGER AND DRIVE DOWN TO JOSHIMATH, WE DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING FOR THE DRIVERS.

We have a range of activities like hikes and birdwatching in the huge Dense Forest, camping, horse riding, mountain biking, and day treks inside the outter Nanda Devi Sanctuary as well as visits to nearby places of interest like Tapovan, Kalpeshwar, Bhavisha Badri, Badrinath, Mana, Lata, Niti Pass, Auli. Visits to village homes can also be arranged. However, the breathtaking surroundings and the luxuries of old world comforts and home grown, home cooked food will make it hard for guests to move out.
Walks in Nandadevi Sanctuary and outter Sanctuary ranging from easy strolls to day treks with picnic lunche s. Horse riding along the old lord curzon trails in the Outter Sanctuary, from a couple of hours to full day excursions. Birdwatching and wildlife spotting, especially at dawn and dusk when the animals are most active. Overnight camping in the forest, mountain biking on cycles. Painting (easels, paints, paper and brushes will be provided). Participating in the farm activities (animals, crops, vegetable gardens ) and cooking. A well stocked library and a wide choice of movies, cable TV, internet. Children's activities include making tree houses and hideouts, rock climbing, exploring the forest, outdoor and mountain biking. Excursions combining treks of 10 to 12 kms with drives to the temple town of Jageshwar - stone temples dedicated to Shiva from
the 9th century, located in a historic deodar forest and / or the cave temples dedicated to local deities. The famous high altitude Gorson Reserve forest (part of the Nanda Devi National Park) provides a splendid hike from the cottages. The forest is richly inhabited by rare Himalayan wildlife including the snow leopard, musk deer, wild boar, wild cats, rabbits, jackals, foxes, hyena and black bear. Summers are extremely pleasant and the deodar and oak trees add to the fragrant air to promote natural health, which is strongly recommended by Physicians/ Naturopaths/ Therapists.
